There is also the Independence Cafe which is open from 7:00 am to 11:30 pm. An a la carte dinner is available here for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a separate entrance for this cafe from the exterior of the hotel. It is a cool, open and airy space with beige marble tops on the tables and wooden chairs. A plasma television sits on the wall at the end of the room.
